Please reset the connection. To do so, open the Sous Vide app, select Settings, then Unpair Device, and pair your device with the circulator again following the steps in the video.
If not succeeded, on the SOUS VIDE PRO circulator, please tap and hold the SET button for 15 seconds. The circulator will be factory reset after the beep beep beep alert. Please power on the circulator and try pairing with your device again.
