Pan-seared Salmon Steak with Turmeric Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
Salmon steak
Coriander
Lemon peels
Lemon juice
Marinades
Salt
Pepper
Sauce
Yogurt
Turmeric powder
Yellow mustard
Steps
1.
Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Marinate briefly.
2.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Apply onto the salmon. Place it into the Halogen Cooking Pot and grill for 15-20 minutes at 135ºC.
3.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and lemon zest. Serve with a splash of lemon juice.
