Mr. Edward Kwok Man Chan is the founder of German Pool Hong Kong Company Limited. Since 1975, he has devoted his energy to the manufacturing industry. In 1982, Mr. Edward Chan partnered with a Germany Company and launched German Pool (Hong Kong) Limited. Mr. Edward Chan continues to build a successful Water Heater business in Hong Kong since then.

From concept to product design, and from production to sales, quality is a priority. Mr. Edward Chan continues to expand his business and has developed a comprehensive product line for the Kitchen Appliances and Cabinetry market. To date, Mr. Edward Chan owns a number of patented products with award winning designs.

In 2005, Mr. Edward Chan is awarded Honorary Doctorate by Armstrong University in the United States. The same year, he received the World Most Outstanding Chinese Award presented by the United World Chinese Association. Besides, Mr. Edward Chan is awarded Honorary Fellowship position by the Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries in 2006 and is awarded Honorary Professor position by the Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administration (CCIBA) in 2007.
