Dutch Baby Pancake with Ice-cream

Ingredients:
Eggs4
Milk150 ml
Sugar100 g
Flour60 g
Vanilla Essence1 Tbsp
Butter120 g
Lemon juiceSome

Ice-cream4 Scoops
Chopped nutsSome
Steps:
1.
Add eggs, milk, sugar, flour, and vanilla essence into mixing bowl one ingredient after another and whisk well using Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender.
2.
Pour into measuring cup and set aside.
3.
Add 2 Tbsp of butter onto iron pan for each serving. Bake at 180°C for 3 min till melted.
4.
Retrieve the pan and spread butter over pan evenly.
5.
Pour 120 ml egg mixture into pan for each serving. Bake for 15 min (170°C).
6.
Sprinkle a little lemon juice on the pancake and dust icing sugar on top of the pancake.
7.
Place 1 scoop of ice-cream on the pancake, drizzle with honey and sprinkle chopped nuts. Done.
