Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
Bread slices4 pcs
Milk500 ml
Eggs2
Sugar50 g
Steps:
1.
Use a pastry brush to line the inside of the ramekins with butter.
2.
Dice bread slices and toast in oven.
3.
Mix whisked egg, milk and sugar and sieve the mixture.
4.
Place bread dices in ramekins, then add in the egg and milk mixture.
5.
Preheat at 170°C for 10-15 min. Bake for 20 min using Grill/Steam Grill mode (170°C) till custard is set. Done.
