Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Carrots and Mushroom

Ingredients:
Chicken1
Assorted Mushrooms300 g
Carrot1
Butter30 g
Rosemarysome
Saltsome
Steps:
1.
Mix chopped rosemary and salt with butter and spread over surface and insides of the chicken.
2.
Cut carrots into strips and dice mushrooms. Stir-fry with 2 tsp of oil till tender and add salt to taste. Set aside.
3.
Stuff the chicken with carrot and mushroom. Seal opening of chicken with toothpick.
4.
Preheat oven at 180°C for 10-15 min, then roast chicken with oven at 180°C for 45 min using Bake mode (upper and lower dual heating) till done.
