French Toast Fingers with Ice-cream

Ingredients:
Danish Loaf2 slices
Eggs3
Milk20ml
Vanilla Ice-cream (can be omitted)1 scoop
Seasoning:
Cashew Nut Spread/Maple Syrup/Cinnamon Powder (can be omitted)some
Steps:
1.
Whisk eggs and add in milk, stir well.
2.
Cut Danish Loaf slices into small chunks.
3.
Soak Danish Loaf chunks in egg mixture till all egg mixture is absorbed.
4.
Place Danish Loaf chunks in Healthy Speedfry Oven and air-fry 7.5 min at 170°C. Turn toast chunks over and air-fry for another 7.5min till both sides turn golden brown.
5.
Serve on plate and add ice-cream for plating.
