Spicy Seafood Pancake

Ingredients:
Frozen Mixed Seafood300 g (boiled to 80% done)
Green Onions6 (sectioned)
Sesame Seeds1 Tsp
Batter Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice Powder4 Tbsp
Egg1
Dried Anchovy & Dried Kombu Soup1 Cup (Mixed Well)
Seasoning:
Korean Chilli Sauce2 Tsp
Korean Fine Chilli Powder1 Tsp
Soy Sauce1 Tsp
Salt1/2 Tsp
Sugar1/2 Tsp
Grated Garlic2 Tsp
Steps:

Add batter to the seasonings and mix well. Stir in seafood and set aside.

Grease 1 tbsp of sesame oil on the Korean Barbecue Grill. Set heat to medium. Pour in seafood batter and sprinkle with green onions. Grill till both sides are golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with chilli sauce. Done.
Tips:
Add shredded radish to enhance the texture and increase the intake of fibres to improve digestion.
