Sweet & Sour Noodles

Ingredients:
Chinese Egg Noodles1
Oil2 Tbsp
Chicken Broth1 L
Yellow Chivessome
Seasoning:
Chikiang Vinegar (Dark)some
Sugarsome
Steps:

Add one portion of Chinese egg noodles into 1L boiling chicken broth. Cook for 2 minutes, take out and drain well afterwards.

Add 2 Tbsp of oil onto the grill pan. Place the egg noodles on the pan, use a wooden spatula to shape the noodles into a circle flat surface. Use Level 4 Power to pan-fry the noodles for about 4-5 mins.

Flip the noodles over and cover the lid. Use Level 4 Power again to pan-fry for 4-5 mins as well, till 2 sides of the noodles turn golden yellow and crispy.
4.
Serve with Chikiang Vinegar, sugar, and chopped yellow chives. Chopped yellow chives should be pan-fried with a little oil first before use.
