Korean Grilled Clams

Ingredients:
Large Clams1/2 catty (rinsed)
Venus Clams1/2 catty (rinsed)
Seasoning:
Grated Garlic2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice2 Tbsp
Green Onions2 Tbsp (shredded)
Cheong Yang chilli pepper1 (sliced)
Red Cluster Chilli1 (sliced)
Steps:

Soak clams in salty water for 1 hr. Drain.
2.
Set the Korean BBQ Grill to medium-low and grill clams until they pop open. Season according to personal preference and allow grilling briefly. Done.
Tips:
Apart from clams, other seafood such as scallops, prawns or oysters can be used in this recipe.
