Kimchi Dumpling

Ingredients:
Minced pork200 g
Kimchi300 g (finely chopped)
Firm Tofu1 (smashed)
Egg1
Dumpling wrappers45
Marinade:
Salt1/2 Tsp
White Pepper Powder1/5 Tsp
Sesame Oil1 Tsp
Rice Wine2 Tsp
Grated Garlic2 Tsp
Steps:

Marinate the pork with marinade for 30 mins. Add Kimchi, tofu, egg into pork and mix well into filling.
2.
Put small portions of the filling on the wrappers to make dumplings. Steam dumplings using the Jet Steamer for 10 mins. Done.
Tips:
Squeeze as much excess water out as possible from the filling first to make better dumplings.
