Shaved Ice with Red Beans

Ingredients:
Ice Cubes4 cups
Almond flakes 1 tbsp (Roasted)
Evaporated Milk2 tbsp
Soybean flour4 tbsp
Korean red bean paste3 tbsp
Vanilla ice-cream1 scoop
Steps:

Heat a frying-pan over low heat. Add the almond flakes and fry briefly until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

Put the ice cubes inside the Professional High-Speed Food Processor and select the "Smoothie" function to crush. Put the shredded ice into a large serving bowl and add ingredients in the following order. Firstly, put in the evaporated milk, then followed by soybean flour, sliced almond, red bean paste and finally ice-cream.
Tips:
Pack the ice tightly in the bowl to avoid disintegrating during consumption. If desired, add fruits or other condiments according to personal preference.
