Fried Kimchi Pancake

Ingredients:
Kimchi150 g (finely chopped)
Onion1/4 (finely shredded)
Green Onions1 (sectioned)
Sesame Seeds1 tsp
Batter Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice Powder4 tbsp
Egg1
Dried Anchovy & kombu soup1 cup (mixed well)
Steps:

Mix batter with kimchi, onions, and green onions and mix well. Set aside.

Grease Korean BBQ Grill with 1 tbsp of sesame oil evenly. Set heat to medium. Add batter and grill until both sides are golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Done.
Tips:
Given that different Kimchi have different degrees of saltiness, before seasoning with salt or soy sauce, do a taste test first.
