Fish Soup Udon

Ingredients:
Udon1 serving
Fish Soup500 ml
Shredded Carrots30 g
Shredded Celery30 g
Shredded Mushrooms30 g
Enoki Mushrooms30 g
Seasoning:
Salt1/3 tsp
Sugar1/3 tsp
Steps:

SSelect "Stir-fry" function on the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and heat 2 tsp of sesame oil. Add the shredded carrots, celery, mushrooms and Enoki mushrooms and fry briefly. Add seasoning and fry until fragrant. Dish up and set aside。
2.
Select "Boil" function on the health cooker and bring fish soup to a boil. Add udon and cook until done. Dish up and mix with the stir-fried vegetables and serve.

Koreans love to eat udon with fish soup and adding vegetables make the dish more appetizing and delicious.
