Abalone Porridge

Ingredients:
Abalone with shells350 g (rinsed, sliced)
Rice1 cup (Soaked in Water for 30 mins, drained)
Grated carrot1 tbsp
Water10 cups
Seasoning:
Salt1 tsp
Honey1 tsp
Steps:

Select "Stir-fry" function on the AUto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and fry the abalones until fragrant.

Add carrot and rice, stir-fry briefly. Pour into the Multifunctional Rice Cooker. Add water. Select "Porridge" function and cook to porridge. Add seasoning. Done.
Tips:
Koreans usually cook whole abalone including its shell and guts as they believe abalone would be more nutritious cooked in this way. Cooking the guts and shells together is for the flavour but they should be discarded after cooking. If preferred, season with finely grated garlic and a little salt.
