Kelp Soup

Ingredients:
Salted Kelp Sprout40g (soaked in water for 115 mins, cut into small pcs)
Dried anchovy & kombu soup1000 ml
Shredded Radish50 g
Seasame Seeds1/2 tsp
Seasoning:
Salt1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce1 tsp
Seasame Oil1 tsp
Steps:

Select the "Boil" function on the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add the anchovy and kombu soup, salty kelp sprout, radish and seasoning and bring to a boil.

Skim the scum and turn off the heat. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Done.
Tips:
Kelp soup is a must for Korean's birthday cuisine and beef, tofu or mushroom is added to the soup according to personal preference.
