Korean Braised Oxtail

Ingredients:
Oxtail500 g (Soaked in water for 2 hrs, blanched)
Onion1 (Chopped into chunks)
Carrot250 g (Chopped into chunks)
Raddish250 g (Chopped into chunks)
Korean barbecue sauce Kalbi Marinade1 bottle (390 g)
Steps:

Add oxtail, onions, carrots and kalbi marinade into the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add enough water just to cover the ingredients. Select the "Slow-stew" function and set length of time to 2.5 hrs. Bring to a boil, remove the foam. Add raddish after braising for 2 hrs and continue to braise for a further 30 mins. Done.
Tips:
Avoid braising raddish for too long as it will become too soft and lose texture.
