Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
Eggs
5
Dijon Mustard
2 tsp
Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp
Lemon Juice
To Taste
Salt
To taste
Black Pepper
To taste
Steps:
1.
Place the eggs in the Egg Steamer. Pour in the measured water. Cover the lid and press the power button.
2.
Cool the eggs in iced water. Remove the egg shells and cut the eggs in half.
3.
Remove egg yolks with tablespoon; set egg whites aside.
4.
Mash egg yolks and stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper for a yolk mixture. (Add egg yolks and mayonnaise in proportion according to personal preference)
5.
Pour yolk mixture to zip bag. Cut a tiny hole in a corner of the zip bag. Squeeze the mixture out from the bag into the egg white halves.
