Assorted Mushroom with Herbal Chicken Soup

Astragalus Membranaceus

Rice Wine

Assorted Mushroom Hotpot Soup Base Pack

Water

Steps:
1.
Bring the assorted mushroom hotpot soup base to boil along with water, herbal medicines and rice wine.
2.
Switch to low fire when the soup base boils, place the chicken into it and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
3.
Prepare some ice water, take the chicken out and immerse it into the ice water.
4.
Let the chicken cool down, take out and chop into pieces. Pour the hot soup over the chicken and serve.
