Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Ingredients:
Turkey

Butter
125g
Orange
1 pc
Rosemary
To taste
Onion
2 pcs
Celery
2 pcs
Carrot
2 pcs
Seasonings:
Salt
To taste
Black Pepper
To taste
Steps:
1.
Rub the surface of turkey with butter and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
2.
Cut the orange into halves and put them into the turkey with herbs and onions. Do not overstuff the turkey.
3.
Place the turkey neck under the turkey.
4.
Chop the celery and carrots and place them on the baking tray, then put the turkey on top and cover it with foil paper.
5.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
6.
Bake the turkey for around 2 hour 30 minutes.
7.
Remove the foil paper 45 minutes before baking ends.
8.
Rest the turkey on a plate for 2 hours and serve.
