Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Milk and Taro

Ingredients:
Black Glutinous Rice
300g
Taro
Half pc
Coconut Cream
200mL
Water
2 L
Seasonings:
Crystal Sugar
To taste
Steps:
1.
Wash the black glutinous rice and soak it for 1 hour. Then, drain it and set aside.
2.
Wash the taro and cut into pieces. Steam for 20 minutes.
3.
Put black glutinous rice, taro and water into Electronic Healthy Slow Cooker and cook for 2 hours.
4.
Add crystal sugar and coconut cream to cook for 2 more hours. Ready to serve.
