High-fibre Steamed Rice with Taro and Avocado

Ingredients:
Taro
½ Pc
Avocado
1 Pc
Rice
1 Cup
Barley Corn
½ Cup
Water
To taste
Bonito (Shredded)
To taste
Salt
To taste
Steps:
1.
Clean barley corns and soak for 30 minutes.
2.
Clean rice grains, strain and mix with soaked barley corns, add water and place into the rice cooker.
3.
Peel and seed avocado. Peel and dice taro. Top rice with avocado and taro, then start cooking just as you do a normal bowl of rice.
4.
After the cooking process finishes, put in salt and bonito, mix and then serve.
Tips:
You may add other ingredients such as mushrooms and salmon to your preference.
