Air-fried Molten Sweet Rice Dumplings

Ingredients:
Egg
1pc
Puff pastry
6 sheets
Sweet rice dumpling (Sesame flavour)
6pc
Steps:
1.
Beat the egg to make egg wash.
2.
Cut puff pastries into triangles, brush with egg wash.
3.
Place sweet rice dumplings on pastry triangle, brush with egg wash, tuck in edges underneath, and trim off excess pastry.
4.
Place into German Pool Halogen Cooking Pot.
5.
Set to 180°C and air fry for 10 minutes.
6.
Air fry till pastry turns golden. Serve warm.
