Sizzling Lettuce Pot

Ingredients:
Chinese Lettuce
600g
Ginger (julienned)
2 slices
Garlic
4 cloves
Red Chili Pepper
1pc
Minced Pork
100g
Oil
2 tbsp
Seasonings:
Shrimp Paste
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Yellow Soy Bean Paste
1 tbsp
Steps:
1.
Remove two of the outer leaves of lettuce, and only usethe remaining, smaller leaves. Crush garlic and cut red peppers diagonally into sections.

Heat oil with the Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer. Add garlic, red peppers and ginger slices. Fry until fragrant.
3.
Put in lettuce then shrimp paste, sugar and yellow soybean paste, stir-fry with the Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer on high power for about 2 minute. Serve.
Tips:
Diners on Keto diet can use rare sugar or monk fruit sweetener to replace white sugar in this recipe.
