Garlic Crab Claypot Rice

Steps:

Wash, strain and cut up crab. Soak rice in water for 1 hour. Strain and set aside. Cook soy sauces and sugar in saucepan till it forms a sweet soy sauce

Preheat claypot on ceramic cooker at 1600W. Add 3 cups rice and 1.5 cups water, cook for 8 minutes. Add in crab, raw garlic, fried garlic, white spring onion, sauté till fragrant, then lower the heat to 300W and cook for 8 more minutes.

Remove from heat, cover with lid and let sit for 3 minutes.
4.
Remove lid, sprinkle on green spring onion and serve.
