Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin

Ingredients:
Salted Egg Yolk
4 pcs
Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp
Butter
100 g
Fried Fish Skin
100 g
Steps:
1.
Heat butter in the Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer until it melts. Put in garlic and fry until fragrant. Add salted egg yolks.
2.
Add in fried fish skin and mix well with the sauce mixture. Add sugar to taste. Serve.
