French Baguette

Ingredients:
Water
Bread flour
Cake flour
Salt
Instant Yeast
Steps:
1.
Prepare and well weigh all ingredients. Combine bread flour & cake flour.
2.
Pour water into Baking Pan. Add salt and then mixed flour. Fit Baking Pan inside Homemade Bread Maker.
3.
(For BMR-7075 model) Add yeast into Yeast Dispenser and fix it on the lid. Close lid & select “French Bread” programme (or programme 4). (For BMR-9125 model) Add yeast on top of bread flour. Close lid & select“French Bread” programme (or programme 2).
4.
Select 750 g as loaf size. Then choose preferred crust color. Press “Start”.
