Spicy and Sour Shredded Potato

Ingredients:
Potato (shredded)
2 Pcs
Green Pepper (shredded)
1 Pc
Dried Red Pepper (shredded)
10 g
Garlic (diced)
3 g
Ginger Mash
1 tsp
Seasonings:
Oil
3 Tbsp
Vinegar
20 mL
Salt
To taste
Chili Oil
To taste
Steps:

Soak potatoes in water to wash off starch. Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer

Heat oil with the Stir Fryer. Put in garlic and stir-fry on low power until fragrant. Add ginger and dried red chili peppers. Fry to unleash the aromas.
3.
Strain the soaked potato strips and place into the Stir Fryer. Stir-fry to mix content. Add vinegar right away and continue frying for about 1 minute.
4.
Put in salt and green chili pepper. Add chili oil, stir-fry a while and serve.
