Typhoon Shelter Style Corn

Ingredients:
Corn
3 Cobs
Fried Onion
4 Tbsp
Garlic (mashed)
3 Tbsp
Butter
2 Tbsp
Seasonings:
Salt1/3 Tsp
Sugar
½ Tsp
Chili Pepper (Diced)
1 Pc
Steps:
1.
Peel and wash corn, cut into sections and quarter each section. Remove the white core of the corncob.
2.
Heat oil with the Stir Fryer. Add in the corns and fry until well-cooked. Set aside.
3.
Put butter into the Stir Fryer. Add fried and minced garlic. Fry until fragrant.
4.
Add the seasonings, and then put the corns back in. Stir-fry until well-mixed. Done.
