Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Shrimps

Ingredients:
Shrimps (washed)
100g
Egg
5pcs
Leek (sectioned)
1pc
Seasonings:
Oil
To taste
Salt
To taste
Pepper
To taste
Steps:
1.
Wash shrimps and pat dry with kitchen towel. Whisk 5 eggs with ½ tsp of salt and pepper.
2.
Put oil and shrimps into the Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer and fry for about 3 minutes. Make sure the shrimps are well cooked.
3.
Add whisked eggs and sectioned leek. Stir fry until mostly scrambled and serve.
