Yang Chow Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Rice
300g
Egg
2pcs
Prawns
50g
Char-siu (Barbecued Pork)
50g
Mixed Vegetables
50g
Seasonings :
Oil
To taste
Salt
To taste
Steps:
1.
Cut char-siu into small pieces and whisk eggs.
2.
Add oil and prawns to the Smart Auto Stir Fryer and stir-fry until fragrant, then set aside.
3.
Fry egg until scrambled, then add rice and stir-fry until fragrant.
4.
Add prawns, char-siu and mixed vegetables and fry till well-cooked.
