Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with Molten Lava Egg

Ingredients :
Portobello mushroom2 Pcs
Japanese egg (egg yolk)2 Pcs
Bacon4 Slices
Rosemary1 Sprig
Onion1/2 Pc
CheeseTo taste
ButterTo taste
Black PepperTo taste
Rose SaltTo taste
Steps:
1.
Remove stem of Portobello mushrooms, and finely chop the stems.
2.
Finely chop bacon and onion.
3.
Melt butter on Mini Korean Barbeque Grill, put in chopped ingredients (except for cheese and egg). Stir-fry till golden.
4.
Lightly salt the mushrooms, stuff in ingredients and put an egg yolk on top of the mushrooms.
5.
Sprinkle black pepper and cheese on top. Grill for 5 mins. Serve hot.
