Chocolate Bread Loaf

Ingredients:
Egg
Water & Egg
Sugar
Salt
Milk Powder
Unsalted Butter
Bread Flour
Cake Flour
Cocoa Powder
Instant Yeast
Chocolate
Steps:
1.
Prepare and well weigh all ingredients. Combine bread flour & cake flour.

Whisk water & egg. Pour into Baking Pan. Add sugar, salt, milk powder, butter & cocoa powder. Add mixed flour and fit the pan inside Homemade Bread Maker.
3.
Add chocolate chips into the Fruits & Nuts Dispenser.
4.
(For BMR-7075 model) Add yeast into Yeast Dispenser and fix it on the lid.Close lid & select “Sweet Bread” programme (or programme 5).(For BMR-9125 model) Add yeast on top of bread flour. Close lid & select“Sweet Bread” programme (or programme 4).
5.
Select 750 g as your loaf size. Then choose preferred crust color (For first time users, choose “light”). Press “Start”.
