Creamy Tuna Penne Bake

Ingredients :
Tuna in Oil100 g
Penne300 g
Onions (Minced)30 g
White Mushrooms (Sliced)3 Pcs
Bacon (Minced)30 g
Butter40 g
Flour30 g
Whipping Cream150 mL
Milk50 mL
White Wine15 mL
Cheese (Grated)To Taste
Seasonings :
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Drain oil from tuna. Set aside.
2.
Add salt to penne and then cook for 9 minutes. Strain and set aside.
3.
Melt butter in a saucepan under heat, and then add minced onions, white mushroom slices, minced bacon, white wine and flour. Stir well.
4.
Add whipping cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Add penne and tuna. Stir well. Load onto a baking dish and top with a desired amount of grated cheese.
6.
Use the Bake mode of the Steam and Grill Oven to bake for 3 minutes, or when the cheese topping becomes golden yellow. Serve.
