Spare Ribs200 g
Pumpkin2 slices
Spring Onion (finely chopped)to taste
Garlic (minced)to taste
Sugar1/2 tsp
Water1/2 tbsp
Chicken Powder1/2 tsp

Wash pumpkin slices. Drain well. Cut into small dice.

Add seasoning to spare ribs, mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Place spare ribs in container, sprinkle diced pumpkin on top.
4.
Place container in Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and steam for 20 minutes. Sprinkle on spring onion and serve.
