Dace Fish Balls with Vegetables

Ingredients :
Dace fish (minced)100g
Baby cabbage3-4 leaves
Spring onion (finely chopped)to taste
Seasoning :
Light soy sauce1 tsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Pepperto taste
Sesame oilto taste
Steps:
1.
Wash baby cabbage, drain well. Cut into small pieces.
2.
Mix seasoning into dace fish meat, shape into balls.
3.
Place baby cabbage evenly in container, put fish balls on top. Place container on steamer insert.
4.
Put into Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and steam for 15 minutes. When done, sprinkle on spring onion and serve.
