Steamed Choi Sum

Approx. 30 min
Ingredients :
Choi sum300g
ginger (julienne)to taste
Seasoning :
Oil2 tsp
light soy sauce1 tsp
Steps:
1.
Wash choi sum, drain well.
2.
Place choi sum evenly in container, drizzle on oil and sprinkle on ginger.
3.
Place in Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and start steaming. When done, drizzle on soy sauce.
