Meat Patty with Salted Egg

Ingredients: :
Pork collar butt (minced)200g
Dried shitake mushrooms2pc
Water chestnut (minced)3pc
Spring onion (chopped)to taste
Salted egg yolk1
Seasoning: :
Salt1/2 tsp
Light soy sauce2 tbsp
Sugar1/2 tsp
Shaoxing wineto taste
Cornstarch2 tsp
Pepperto taste
Water20g
oilto taste
Steps:
1.
Soak dried mushrooms till softened, cut into small dice.

Mix pork, mushrooms and chestnuts, stir in clockwise direction till well-blended, let marinate for 15 minutes. #Place pork patty evenly in connected container, put egg yolk on top, place container in steamer insert, put in Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and start steaming.
3.
When done, sprinkle on spring onion.
