Steamed Prawns with Garlic

Ingredients: :
Prawns (cleaned and deveined)5
Vermicelli (soak till softened)30g
Raw garlic (minced)2 tsp
Fried garlic2 tsp
Spring onion (finely chopped)to taste
Seasoning: :
Salt1/2 tsp
Cornstarch1 tsp
Light soy sauceto taste
Cooked oilto taste
Steps:
1.
Butterfly prawn down the centre.
2.
Mix raw garlic, salt and cornstarch, set aside.
3.
Place vermicelli in connected container of Bento Steam Cooker. Place prawns on top, pour on garlic seasoning.
4.
Place steamer insert in cooker. Place container on insert, close cooker lid and start steaming.
5.
When done, sprinkle spring onion and fried garlic on top, drizzle on soy sauce and oil.
