Rich Soy Milk

Ingredient:
Soy bean50g
Water2 Cups
Seasoning :
Sugar To taste
Steps:
1.
Soak soy bean in water for 4 hours. Cook over medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
2.
Put soy bean and water in to Professional High-speed Food Processor. Select 'Soy Milk' function. Blend until smooth.
3.
Add sugar from the top of the food processor. Press 'Pulse' for 30 seconds to mix well the content. Done.
Tips:
To make the soy milk even more silky smooth. Select 'Bisque' function instead of 'Soy Milk' and blend for 8 minutes.
