Stewed Lean Pork with Cordyceps and Longan

Ingredients:
Cordyceps Sinensis 5 pcs
Fresh Abalone 4 pcs
Black-bone chicken 1/4
Longan 6 pcs
Ginger 2 pcs
Astragalus Membranaceus 1 pc
Lean Meat 100 g
Scallop 1 pc
Seasonings:
Salt To taste
Steps:
1.
Soak the dried conch heads and scallops in water overnight.
2.
Scald the lean meat for 3-5 minutes. Wipe the cordyceps clean with a damp cloth.
3.
Pour the dried conch heads and scallops, together with all the ingredients, into a large stewing pot and fill with water until 90% full.
4.
Put the stewing bowl into the German Pool Deluxe Delicacy Cooker, select "Ginseng & Cordyceps" mode and start cooking.
5.
Season with salt and serve.
