Corn Beef & Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:
Egg
Whipping Cream
Canned Corn Beef
White Bread (toasted)
Vegetable Oil
Butter
Steps:
1.
Remove edges of bread slices. Whisk together eggs and whipping cream. Set aside.

Pour oil into Stir Fryer. Add corn beef, and loosen it with a spatula. Select “Stir Fry 3”, and time setting is 3 min. Close lid. Press “Start” to activate Stir Fryer.

Remove beef from pot. Pour in egg liquid and fry for a few seconds using the reamining heat and grease.
4.
Pot lid stays open. Add beef and select “Stir Fry 3” mode. Set timer to 1 min, press “start”.
5.
Spread butter on 1 slice of bread. Put fried omelet on it and place another slice on top. Cut in half and serve hot.
