Grilled Trio Seafood Cake

Ingredients:
Fresh Shrimp
Fresh Cuttlefish
Dace Fish Fillet
Chopped Scallion
Corn Starch
Salt
Steps:

Remove shell, vein and bones from shrimp, cuttlefish and dace respectively. Separately blend seafood in Profesional High Speed Food Processor into paste form, using the“Pulse” button. Put paste in 3 separate bowls.

Add 1 tsp of corn starch and a pinch of salt in each paste. Knead by hand to increase stickiness. Press paste into small, round patties.
3.
Place seafood patties on High Rack, grill each side in Halogen Cooking Pot for 10 min at 250-260°C. Serve.
