Grilled mango with exotic fruits and coconut ice cream

Steps:

Boil 1 liter of water and 1200 grams of sugar to make syrup. Boil milk and shredded coconut, add them to the syrup, cool and put the mixture into the ice cream machine.

Cut pineapple, kiwi and dragon fruit into small pieces.
3.
Peel and cut the mango in half, sprinkle with sugar. Put the mango and butter into the microwave oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
4.
Put coconut ice cream on the mango and serve it with cut exotic fruits.
