Ingredients:
glutinous rice flour 1cup
warm water ¾cup
green tea powder 2tsp
soybean powder optional
Pumpkin sauce :
Pumpkin100 g
water¾cup
brown sugar1tbsp
Soy sauce:
Japanese soy sauce 1tsp
brown sugar 1tbsp
water 4tbsp
Steps:
1.
Put the glutinous rice flour into a large bowl. Gradually add the warm water and mix well. Knead into smooth dough by hand.
2.
Divide the dough into two portions. Add green tea powder to one portion. Knead to combine well. Roll each portion into 10 to 12 little balls.
3.
Boil water into Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Cook rice balls until they float. Drain and set aside.
4.
Skewer rice balls on bamboo sticks. Dip into the soy sauce mixture and then place on 3D Infrared Korean Barbecue Grill. Grill for about 5 minutes until slightly charred.
5.
Blend pumpkin, water and brown sugar in Professional High-Speed Food Processor for 6 minutes. Set aside the pumpkin sauce.
6.
Server rice balls with hot pumpkin sauce or sprinkle soybean powder on top.
