DIY Glutinous Rice Balls

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour 100g
Warm Water 40ml
Peanuts20g
Brown Sugar To taste
Soy flour(Optional) A little
Steps:
1.
Put peanuts and brown sugar into the Food Processor and select the Pulse mode to grind peanuts. Set aside
2.
Add the warm water into glutinous Rice Flour. Mix it well and rub it into ball shape.
3.
Boil water to cook the glutinous rice ball until it float. Strain off the water.
4.
Mix the ground peanuts and Soy Flour, add the glutinous rice ball and mix it, serve.
