Christmas Tree Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients (Yield: 8 brownies):
100g cake flour
1 1/2 baking soda
100g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar/brown sugar
25g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp salt
2ml water
60ml milk
80gour cream (whipped until smooth)
2 whisked eggs
80g crushed nuts (Hawaiian nuts/almonds)
Decoration:
150g white chocolate (cut into small pieces)
100g sour cream
1-2 drops food colouring (green) Sprinkles as desired

Steps:

200℃。 Soften butter at room temperature. Preheat the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to 200℃.
