Teochew Mooncake

Ingredients(Yield: 8-10 mooncakes):
Oil Pastry:
133g cake flour
19g plain flour
38g lard
19g icing sugar
37ml water Oil
Fillings:
114g cake flour
57g lard
Fillings:
250g peeled mung beans
600ml water
80g sugar
20g malt sugar
30g milk powder
30g olive oil
Steps:

Rinse peeled mung beans well. Soak in water for 2 hours. Drain. Steam for 25 minutes with the Jet Steamer. Remove and cover with foil for 10 minutes. Add just enough water to cover mung beans.
