Baked Alaska with Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Egg White
Sugar
Strawberry Sauce
Fresh Cream
Milk
Condensed Milk
Strawberry
Steps:
1.
Put all ice cream ingredients into the ice cream bucket. Place bucket into Homemade Ice Cream Maker and set timer to 40 min.
2.
Beat egg white and suger together until stiff. Set aside.
3.
Put ice cream (from step 1) in a large cup. Pour in egg white mixture (from step 2). Shape a mountain with metal spoon.
4.
Place cup on Low Rack inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake at 180°C for 15 min. Top with strawberry sauce & serve.
