Graduation Hat Cake Pops

Ingredients(Yield: 8-10 cake pops):
150g crushed chocolate cake
2 tsp mixed berries jam
1 tbsp fresh cream
150g dark chocolate
1 bar of dark chocolate (cut into square)

6-8 jelly sweets
